• Caught a Blue Marlin, 463 pounds, while fishing off Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

• Bicycled from San Diego, California to Texas on two separate occasions
• Bicycled from San Diego, California to Phoenix, Arizona in two days with full gear (a distance of 360 miles)
• Bicycled across the continent of Australia twice alone
• Trip one from Sydney to Perth, Western Australia, 4500 KM (2796 miles). Fastest crossing on a mountain bike, alone, unassisted
• Second trip across Australia was from Darwin in the Northern Territory to Sydney, NSW via Ayers Rock (Uluru), Coober Pedy, Adelaide, Melbourne to Sydney, a distance of 6764 KM (4203 miles), of which 3300 KM (2050 miles) were desert.
• Bicycled the Fiji Islands
• Bicycled New Zealand
• Wayne’s best day on the bicycle took him 252 miles while touring
